Agenzio Lab
A public working notebook where I document how I explore AI, software architecture, and systems design.
What this is
Agenzio Lab is a personal technical laboratory. I use it to record what I learn by building things — not by reading about them.
The focus is on AI as a tool that operates inside structured systems: constrained, composed, observable. Not as a replacement for thinking, but as a material to think with.
Everything here comes from direct work. Some of it is rough. Some of it changed direction. That is the point.
What this is not
- Not a product. There is nothing to buy.
- Not a blog. There is no publication schedule.
- Not a roadmap. There are no promises about what comes next.
- Not a tutorial site. I document what I did, not what you should do.
How to read this lab
Each section is independent. You can start anywhere.
- Notes — Short reflections on things I noticed while working. Observations, not instructions.
- Experiments — Ongoing and completed experiments. What I tested, what happened, what I kept or discarded.
- Paths — Conceptual trajectories through recurring problems. If you start from here, you can get there.
- Reference — Concrete projects connected to this lab. What they are, why they exist, what they taught me.
If something here is useful to you, good. If not, it was useful to me, and that is enough.
